Festival-Specific Roles

  • Setup Crew (VIP Tent, Kids Corner, The Grove, Vendor Village, Shakedown Street)
  • Bartending
  • Stage: Band/Sound Support
  • Parking Attendant — assist with parking
  • Information / Lost & Found Booth
  • Security Checkpoints — ensure no alcohol leaves the fenced area
  • VIP Tent Support (checking wristbands, serving food/drinks)
  • Kids Corner Support — help families, activity providers, and Kids Corner programming run smoothly
  • The Grove Support — assist guests, artists, and interactive installations throughout The Grove
  • Vendor Village Support — support vendors and attendees, help keep Vendor Village organized and accessible
  • Shakedown Street Support — assist artists, vendors, and guests, help maintain smooth operations throughout Shakedown Street
